AVALAND BREAKS GROUND ON AVENUE25 PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, MARKING THE START OF TRANSFORMATIVE URBAN REDEVELOPMENT FOR COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT IN SUBANG JAYA

Subang Jaya, 13 JUNE 2025 – Avaland held a groundbreaking ceremony at its Avenue25 project site to officially kick off construction of a dedicated 300m pedestrian covered walkway and link bridge to the USJ21 LRT Station. This noteworthy milestone reflects Avaland’s steadfast commitment to enhancing community connectivity and promoting long-term wellbeing for both its residents and the surrounding neighbourhoods.

The ceremony was officiated by Y.B. Ng Sze Han, Exco Selangor for Investment, Trade & Mobility and ADUN Kinrara. “This pedestrian link bridge reflects Selangor’s commitment under the First Selangor Plan (RS-1) to drive smart mobility, sustainable growth and peoplecentric development. By improving first-mile and last-mile connectivity, we are encouraging greater use of public transport, reducing traffic congestion, and cutting carbon emissions. This is how we build healthier, more resilient communities.
